The property is immaculately clean and modern. This hotel offers great-sized and huge rooms with a huge balcony, terrace plus free bottles. The location is perfect, and the staff is well-trained and competent. There's Clover Cocktail&grill serving quick orders a minute walk from the property. Would recomand it to friends.

Location very close to the main Central Station of Milan as well as Loreto/Caiazzo metro stations. Appetising food and free hot drinks.

Had a perfect stay for two nights as a city trip, everything was very comfortable. We were offered studio complete with sparkling water, comfy bed, for example. The location was perfect, a minute walk from Aumai.

I liked its queen studio with all necessary equipment and whirlpool bathtub and a huge terrace. The staff was well-trained in all services.

It was as expected, had a comfortable stay for two nights as a city trip. This was a great location just next door to supermarket, Close to metro and subway. You can find Shibuya Milano a couple of blocks away from the hotel to a have lunch.

We loved staying here as it was so close to the train station and we could easily grab a taxi when needed. The neighborhood was lovely and residential, which made us feel safe and happy to explore. The room amenities were outstanding, especially the heating and air conditioning. We appreciated having tea and coffee facilities to start our mornings right.

We would highly recommend this place to our family and friends, as we had such a wonderful time staying here.

I liked the facilities they had which allowed us to cook in the room to save some money. There is a large fridge and it has a small freezer compartment also. There is a hob and plents of pots and pans to assist cooking. The room also had Sky tv which was useful. There was also free wi-fi which was handy. The gym in the basement was also decent.

Great location in quiet area but close to central station. Although we only used it for breakfast great the kitchen was great..nice friendly staff.

The reception staff does an excellent job. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to everything. It's also close to Birrificio Italiano, where you can enjoy nice drinks and cocktails. I will definitely choose this hotel for my next trip and highly recommend it.

It is close to Milano central station, so comvenient to move.

They clean the room twice a week, so it was hard with kids.

The staff are great helpful, especially the lady. She made us feel relax and comfortable in the hotel.

Our stay at Residenza Delle Citta was amazing! The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. We loved that it was cleaned daily and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and the location was perfect, close to transportation options. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Good kitchen - equipment was in fairly good shape. Excellent location - not far from the train station or metro (10 minute walk). Two markets could be found within 4 or 5 blocks of the hotel. Quiet neighborhood. Laundry services were excellent and reasonably priced. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.Great English! Good security. There is no maid service on the weekend but that was okay with us. We really liked this place - we are coming back next month!

Better overhead lighting needed in the kitchen (studio apt.).
